Lock Any Folder Without Any Software

You can lock any folder without using any software. Follow these steps.
1.Suppose you have a folder named abcd in D:\abcd.
2.In the same drive next to the folder create a new notepad file with the exact statement
ren abcd abcd.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
3.Now save this text file as loc.bat
4.Create another notepad file and type

ren abcd.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} abcd
5.Save this as key.bat
6.Now there are two batch files . Double click loc.bat and yourfolder will change into Control Panel and its contents cannot be viewed .
7.To open the folder double click key.bat and you get back your original folder .
8.For more safety keep the key.bat in another location .
Only for unlocking copy paste to the original location and double click .

WINDOWS XP INSTALLATION VERY FASTER

Now, this tip will be very helpful for those who frequently install windows xp operating system. Normally OS installation takes around 40 minutes to complete, but through this trick you can now save 10-15 minutes. This simple tricks goes this way.

1. Boot through Windows XP CD.
2. After all the files are completely loaded, you get the option to select the partition. Select “c”.
3. Now Format the partition, whether it is normal or quick with NTFS orFAT
4. Once the formatting is completed, All the setup files required for installation are copied. Restart your system by pressing Enter.
Now, here begins the Simple trick to save 10-15 minutes.
5. After rebooting, you get a screen where it takes 40 minutes to complete or finalize the OS installation.
6. Now, Press SHIFT + F10 Key -> This opens command prompt.
7. Enter “Taskmgr” at the command prompt window. This will open Task Manager.
8. Click the Process Tab, here we find a process called Setup.exe -> Right Click on Setup.exe ->Set Priority -> Select High or Above Normal. Initially it will be Normal.
Thats it, no more work to do. Relax your self and see how fast the installation process completes.

Pay scale: The salary for TNPSC VAO jobs is 5200 - 20200 with Grade Pay of 2400.

Age limit: The age limit for TNPSC recruitment 2012 for VAO should be 21 to 40 years for SCs, SC (A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all castes and for others the age limit is between 21 to 30 years. The age limit mentioned here should be as on 01.07.2012.

Educational qualification: The candidate must have passed SSLC public examination or its equivalent as on 09.07.2012 with an eligibility to pursue Higher Secondary Course or College Course are eligible to apply. Knowledge of Tamil is required for this job.

TNPSC VAO Exam 2012 Syllabus and Pattern

The question paper for TNPSC VAO exam 2012 will be of objective type multiple choice questions. There will be two types of question paper as follows.

General Knowledge (100 questions) with General Tamil (100 questions) and

General Knowledge (100 questions) with General English (100 questions).

You have the option to choose either General English or General Tamil along with General Knowledge. The duration given to complete the paper is 3 hours which carries 300 marks. Candidates have to take minimum of 90 marks to get qualified. The question paper for TNPSC VAO exam 2012 will be set in SSLC Standard.

Dully fill the form and if you select online payment, an additional page will be displayed wherein you have to enter the bank details and make payment. After the transaction is completed a registration number and password will be generated and note down this for future reference.

If you wish to pay the fees offline, duly fill the form and hit submit button upon which you will get a application number and password which has to be noted down. On submission, you will get a payment challan which has to be printed and you need to visit the nearest Indian Bank branch or Post office to make the payment. Collect the copy of fee payment challan. You have to make the payment within two working days from the day you registered or submitted your application form. Else your application will not get registered.

You can take the print out of application form for VAO exam 2012 by entering your application number and password. Any corrections in the application form have to be done before the last date after which you cannot make any changes.
